A much more advanced species of humans arrive and give us the knowledge to cure all cancers and other diseases, unfortunately, it's just a ruse before they wipe us out so they can use Earth as their new home.

I wish I could teleport 100% foolproof safely (no teleporting into solid objects, etc...)

Everyone is hunky dory to each other but it turns out the government has been drugging the population through water, air, food, etc... It's all a sham.
