Noticed I must have hit a pebble or rough stone and I've got this small nick on the face of my sw. You can feel it with your nail but will this cause any issues?

@Davie81 A few of my irons and my SW little dings like that.  Doesn't seem to impact shots at all

Only if it makes odd stripes in the balls you hit.

If it bothers you, take to a jewelry shop. Jewelers have the precision tools it takes to do delicate reshaping of metal objects.

I did this with a CG14 SW. You can still see a tiny blemish, but you can't feel it if you rub your finger over it.
