"5 Minutes Daily" Practice Challenge

Day 22. Spent about 20 minutes hitting full shots. First half was technique work with lots of rehearsals, slower swings and trying to implement a feel. Then the second half was with the SkyTrak seeing how that translated and the ball flight was much better. Don’t own this movement yet but hopefully on the right path (hah)

Day 2: worked on Evolver drill for arms.  This time I did include hitting foam balls of which @ 1/3rd went into my neighbor’s yard.  Opps.

Rehearsed for 10 minutes, hit some balls, before a long day of lessons, Pens game, F1 qualifying, and ANWA, all before I drive to my mom's later.

Erik J. Barzeski —  I knock a ball. It goes in a gopher hole. 🏌🏼‍♂️

Day 116 (06 Apr 24) - day full of other stuff (band rehearsal this morning, a couple of quick chores at church, furniture shopping with the missus)….managed to get in some Divot Board work with 7i, hard foam balls.  Really like the visual the DB gives and correlating resulting ball flight. A good late afternoon half hour session.

Mirror work today with a 7 iron.
All of it was backswing stuff.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Day 272: An hour on the trackman. Worked on my feels and played the Old Course in +5. Overall, pretty solid session, although had a couple of hosel-adjacent shots. Then attempted an ESC putting challenge and failed miserably.

Day 23. Beautiful day out today. Spent 20 or so minutes in the back yard working on chipping off of different terrible lies. Found I got under it + club slowed down and I often left myself short when the ball was sitting up a bit in thicker rough (and I’m afraid of blading it). Lots more practice needed!

Day 43: 4/7/2024

Went to the range today. Brought the kids and some of their friends along. Everyone had fun. I spent most of the time hitting driver at specific range targets and then hitting other irons at targets of the kids' choosing.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Day 3: went range.  Did 2 “Driils” then 1 full swing, then repeat. A lot of inconsistency and falling back into old habits, I’ll continue on the drills.

Day 102: 4/7/24

Stack Full Speed Spectrum training session 20/24. After yesterday’s poor play waited until late tonight to complete the session. My 2nd slowest time. I have not responded well to heavy swings prior to the measuring set.  I expect a speed decline when I measure my speed at the end of this program.
