Day 374, November 9, 2023

Went down to Golf Evolution early this morning to finish up the computer transfer, and to help @DrizZzY with his stuff… before spending another hour or so working on my own.

Day 124: Played 18 holes and did a stack session.

Got a Fit for Golf workout in and then had a real good session with @iacas at Golf Evolution.

Day 74:

Stack return to form, and some priority piece work.

Day 375, November 10, 2023

Seven minutes, maybe eight, today. I spent most of the day mildly annoyed by a lot of little things. Not my best day, but the practice was good while it lasted.

Day 125: short range session. Block practice with filming. Worked on my priority piece.

Priority piece work, short game practice, and fit for golf workout.

Day 376, November 11, 2023

A little work on the putting stuff with some slow motion backswing rehearsals.

Day 186 - Hit balls for the first time in a month.

Better than I expected.

Clubhead speed was solid with driver, cruising at 118mph and carried one 304 yds despite it being 45 degrees.

Have a lot of work to do on priority piece though.

Day 126: Mirror work. Worked on my priority piece while also checking set up.

Short game and putting practice today.

Day 377, November 12, 2023

Spent an hour after working with Junior Elite Program working on my swing. Mostly backswing, but started to get bored so I spent ten minutes doing the downswing stuff before going back to the backswing stuff.

Day 77:

Played 18 this morning. Thought about a Stack session in the afternoon but my back was a little sore, so scratched that until tomorrow. After dinner did some priority piece work with slow 9-3 swings, as I am still executing it properly half of my swings, at best.

Day 127: did a stack session. Worked on downswing feels during rest breaks.

Did some online lessons (FaceTime) with some people downtown, met with a student of mine for a bit in person, velcro'd up some cameras, and… then practiced for 15-20 minutes on the backswing alone.
