Day 49: 02/10/2022

Today was pretty nice weather so I went to the actual driving range on lunch. 
I spent a few balls working on my priority piece. 
Then I hit driver for about 20 balls or so. 

I had mixed results.

Day 37: Did some putting work today while on calls. Working on getting the handle a little higher, my elbows more bent, and my eyes more over the ball. Feels a little weird, which is good. Results could be better, but we'll keep working on it.

No balls today, just rehearsals of downswing move using LVP camera.

Day 111 - Beautiful day today so I was able to do some outdoor practice. I am working on shallowing my wedge swing and getting it more in to out. Toward that aim, I did a couple and drills which I found on an Andrew Rice video: The "impact drag" drill with an alignment rod and the "pitching draw" drill. For the latter drill, I hit Almostgolf balls off a low tee with my SW trying to draw them around and alignment rod set in the ground 10-feet in front of me. Hit about 12 shots and was able to hit a draw which started to the right of the rod and moved left. 

Also did Chet's putting drill....personal best of 11.5", which I will post later today on the thread.

Day 483: Worked on my priority pieces in the driveway again today with MirrorVision. Focused on steadier head and swinging down more from the top.

Day 103, February 11, 2022

Did some work with the PSP 7-iron before my 9:00 lesson. Still searching a bit for a feel that marries the two parts of the downswing.

Day 64 (11 Feb 22) - played 18 today.  Worked on course management, planning the next shot rather than reacting.

Day 27:

Finally got some extended time to play around with the Mevo+. Started off without the launch monitor, and just hit balls at slower speed working on transition move/feel.  Then fired up the Mevo+, and did some full swings to see what my 7-iron shot zone looks like. Initially I had the device skewed so it appeared that balls were launching further right than actual, but I realized this after about 10 balls and made a small correction to the Mevo+ orientation and the data was corrected. I have to say I am super impressed with the device, but need to spend some time learning the app.

Day 38: Mirror work today. Still on set up. Looking good. Checked some stuff in my backswing as well, which looked good.

Day 112 - Another beautiful day; hit wedge shots (using Almostgolf balls) in my yard to a 30-yard target. Focused on making a swing from the inside with a shallow AoA.

Day 484: Shorts Baby! Worked on my swing again today with MirrorVision. Covered some of the same stuff as yesterday and work more on swinging down from the tops. Then did. SuperSpeed practice session.

Wife thought she broke her ankle so I drove home right after junior lessons, but I did some mirror work and slow-mo stuff while waiting on her hand and… foot.
