Day 5:

Backswing practice indoors today. Used patio door as a mirror. One thing that really helps me with width and depth is feeling like the left shoulder is what drives the turn while hands/arms are static. So today I sort of pre-set hand/wrist/arm, and then did shoulder turns from there to the top of the backswing.

Day 5- centered turn with forward weight shift.  Form isn’t perfect but hard to have great swing form with kettlebell.  Just working on a more centered turn and forward weight shift (not spinning around my body as I’ve noticed lately)

Day 4 - Heated range today. Worked on driver mostly to keep the impact on the mat to a minimum. Worked on my priority piece with slow swings. Caught myself a few times speeding up too much. But I did not do any full swings. Also, did some pitches to take a break between driver work. Maybe hit, 40 balls in an hour.

Day 1 - I decided that the end of the year was as good a time as any to start up again. Will be working on the basics (grip, stance, etc), slow swings and putting inside. Hoping to get to Trackman next week, then 2-3 times before the season starts up again in March.

Today did about 10 minutes of grip, stance and back swing positions, followed by about 10 minutes of 3' putts through a gate.
