Body the swing. What does that mean?

I'm still amazed that he teaches Paul Casey, and Casey is really freaking good. Maybe he's actually a good instructor in person? Because he never sounds like he knows what he's talking about when analyzing swings on TV.

I don't think that a PGA Tour player playing well is very much proof of a teacher's ability to teach. I've got some stories, man… On the PGA Tour, for the guys like Lead, Butch, etc. it's often as much about managing player confidence and stuff. Very little about teaching, and the goal is only not to mess anything up.

Agreed, and I think this is quite true for other sports as well. At least at the higher levels.

Interesting. Casey has had a really up and down career, and he's been with Kostis a long time. Hard to know exactly what that means.

I'm assuming he's talking about Tiger. If so, he probably means Tiger's tendency for his arms to trail his pivot and hit blocks.

Yeah, it just sound so vague and new agey and huckster-ish. Like I have the hair-loss solution for you and it'll cost you next to nothing. Modern day snake oil.

I guessing there's nothing wrong with this analysis, technically, it's just kind of captain obvious.

That swing isn’t doing his back any favors. He’ll be a mess by 35-40 if he keeps that up.
