  1. never have seen my short game get worst with tour balls. I have 6 very used proviwans in my bag reserved for the chipping pitching area. try to get the max spin out of them and grind that white cover so it makes my wedges. it's my global game that is worst with tour balls. By that I mean that I'm not consistant enough to get performance out of tour balls. I do hit pretty far, like 165 with an 8 iron, but thats not fast enough for tour balls. So I play NXT or things like that at best. Shots are more often solid and have the distance needed. I play tour balls on pitch and putt courses though.
  2. I hope he wins them all.
  3. Nicklaus woods hagen player watson Sarazen Palmer Snead Jones Vardon This is the top ten in winning majors. then trevino and faldo. I would add daly, singh and boumboum
  4. I recommend petrol/synthétique underwear/underskins and good high socks. underpants in winter are great. your legs are warms and they heat the whole body a lot. therefore less layers on top and a more free swing. legs are important to heat as they are a big area of contact to cold air and dispersion of body heat. the good thing is legs being dressed a lot does not harm your swing as much as the top of body overdressed. I get great equipment in the snowboard/ski area in sports shops. also athletic running area is great in winter. these guys want to stay light and warm. I use thin and hot under pants as well as the high part body underware. Cant give up on that stuff since I've tried it. I even use it on the job so i stay in pants and shirts even in total winter. maybe a light sweater here and there. the stuff smells bad fast, wash it daily. anything close to the skin will warm you but collect microbes fast. get 2-3 pairs at least of each to turn stock. then a good and light wind breaker is a good isolation wind or not. again the ruling section is great they have stuff that makes no friction noise and straps are available on arms, bottom and neck to close ti all well.
  5. if you pull your swing down like you would pull down a rope that rings a bell with two hands thanks to a body motion turn towards the target a good thing to explore is to keep the right hand behind the left at all time even after impact. (a sort of ne release plan even thought you will release latter a question of weight) your ball flight will be will be high yet penetrating and long with max spin control. so pull the rope down and through the ball, dont release trying to square the club, you will find a great swing of golf and a little draw.
  6. no most insurances cover the car not personal objects inside. good insurances do, not the ones you pay less for. this theft is in great development here as well, especially during winter holidays and in covered mall parkings. an ideal place to see people bringing in cars bags full of expensive gifts to get hands free then return to the mall. cars are harder to steal these days but not the content. with human proximity due to high population growth everything has eyes on. A lot more people can live on picking your property. It's easier to fit in this way then to work and follow the earth total consumption and destruction process finding each of us individual short term confort
  7. ok with the turtle. of course there are no given putts in official rounds except match play format. nevertheless 4 balls are often slow games so give putts to your partners. they can take it or not. in europe we dont ask for a give me. They are given putts by others. If nothing is said putt the ball. small putts are important nevertheless there is a lot to take from a four ball game other than practicing your 2 footers.
  8. In a four ball to go a bit faster we give anything in a putter shaft length (minus the grip). thats about 24 inches.
  9. never noticed that mats would give greater distance. I do use both, mats and turf and the result is the same. the spin on mats maybe a bit higher.
  10. I dont train much for that. I'm always 100% it works great. If I cut down my back swing I still go at the ball 100%. 1/4 swing, 1/2 swing, gripped short of held at finish I go at it hard. Nevertheless I do rarely hit really slow to test contact ability but never ever on the course.
  11. the credit car chip is a french invention from 1974 yet little update up to now on payment technologie. Why ? some is interested such as the major credit card companies (visa, master card etc...) as well as banks who take a fee for every paiement.
  12. I would educate players with a sort of golf museum/history sign at every tee that would be changed every so on. - one essential rule of golf - one etiquette point (like how to fix a pitch mark correctly or manage pace of play) - one great moment of golf history
  13. maybe unfold his arm a bit and give him more leverage. yet I dont see spite wanting to hit it hard from the tee. he seams in control a lot.
  14. If the player has no other caddie I dont see why the dog can't fit in... I've seen lots of other bitches as caddie lol
  15. i bring my own water with mint sirop, a couple of fruits etc. dont see why I should purchase this at the club. I have my own underwear on in underwear shops as well.
  16. I still dont know what awfull things I'm guitly of for being punished by birth in the first place.
  17. I hit on ranges balls I find on courses that I'm not willing to add to my collection. I'm happy that the next player collecting them from the machine takes them to use on the course. No one owns them more than anyone, they are found. You can sell them to pay your effort to find them. But they are not to rent such as range balls.
  18. I guess the Champion tour hopeful. I do hit at lot on range and around practice greens. I do got up my bag skipping 1 club. I have a stick I use on the short game PG. I'm not in the corner though.
  19. I believe asia will take a certain power on world rankings. Yet the somewhat shorter asian average size is not best profile for golf probably. This is different from PGA tour question thought. My opinion : The US have 3 majors out of 4 for mainly money reasons I think. Even when europe or others dominate world golf the majors stay in the USA (3) and the UK (1). This never changes. This favors US players : When you play in a USA major they announce your name and country of origin. only for americans they announce the city as well. Then all the crowed is mostly US. no 12 hour plane and lag for US players. Totally unfair. The PGA tournaments have the best prize money, and therefore attract the best players, and therefore more points for ranking are to win etc.etc. roll snow the ball grows. Therefore the best players in the world only dream of going on the PGA tour for points yet they are on hostile territory in a way. Europe's best golfers go play the PGA. Some still play europe and dubai a bit yet burn out from jet lag. Only stenson has won the Fedex and the race to dubai the same year. since he's burned out. and coming back 2 years later. When US economy will burn form living on debt and surconsumption for comfort things will change unless like last time (2008) they sold out they're risk to others. Asia really needs to stabilise a long lasting life style to grow on a good basis, not too fast and be stable. Then things will change.
  20. I proposed this to my golf they dont care. also horizontal lines from 50 to 125 yards every 10 years. chalk lines dont last many weeks but dont cost much. I also proposed they get paid to take dirt form construction sites and make mounds at tarkets cause on flat land you dont see If you are 20 yards short or long. the best I have seen so far are pyramides made of synthétique cloth with brand names. a big pot sound comes when you hit them. those thing have not moved an inch in 5 years and all day you hit towards advertissement.
  21. I would repair the previous damage of course. hard to divot a green. but if so I would repair as well.
  22. If many club offers are made it is to reply to demand. Some people change material a lot. Good for me, I buy clubs about every 3-4 years, choose something about a year old at half price if new or cheaper if used.
  23. I would chip over, finish the hole, then repair.
  24. Really depends on the course. I have 4 often played courses (including home course). Very obviously (apart one that is balanced) some are way more difficult on the front or back nine. Nevertheless for certain players and game type a contrary opinion to mine exists.
  25. I always wondered if the electric fences would work too ?
