Name on the trophy? Sorry, but no. Just as no individual team member names are put on any team trophy. In golf, I'd consider the "team" to be the player.

I agree about the caddies getting all the recognition they need by being paid, but to your last point…

Well I'll be damned.  I did not know that!

And that's not just the individual players either, that's the owners, management, coaches, trainers, water boy...

As far as I know this is the only professional sport trophy that does this, so definitely an exception to the general rule.
