Finally talked my foursome into some early morning golf

We tee off at 7:30 tomorrow morning. We normally tee off between 10:00 and 11:00. Hopefully they like it and we can continue it. Nothing beats finishing at 11:30 and having the rest of the day left!

ewwwwwwwwwwwww i have an 8:50 tee time tomorow.. rough life i live.

I've been going at 9. I like it. It's not too hot (upper 70's), and by the time we finish it's only upper 80's. I would hate 7:30 though. I don't even schedule classes before 9... lol

I was on the first tee @ 7:00 this AM and off the course by 10. I really like early morning rounds.

I don't know why people go play so early haha! I like teeing off around 2-3 PM lol.

Here earlier is always better. I've had the 8:15 tee time for a few months and its nice to get out before the big money groups. We are already sweating to death by the 2nd tee box. I could not imagine playing any later.

I always like to play very early in the morning.  I walk on as a single about 90% of the time and usually I am part of the first five groups.  I like playing early because that means most of the people who play that early are usually a serious golfer and tend to play at a faster pace then your usual 9 o'clock or later groups.  Plus I get done by 10:30 AM and have the rest of the day to enjoy doing other things.

My buddy and I usually play at 7:30, he likes to finish early some he can work on his house. I also prefer the early times when playing by myself. A couple of weeks ago I walked 36, getting too old for that.

Nothing better than an early morning tee time! Tee off around 7am and you're out by 10 or 10:30. Basically it's like waking up at 10:30 and already having 18 holes in.

I caddied today and got the first loop/tee-time of the day at 730am. I have to say, even just caddying I could see how awesome this is. No groups in front, greens roll flawlessly, get done in 3ish hours. I have to try this soon.

Teed off at 8:00 this morning and was home a shortly after 11.  An afternoon tee time would have easily added an hour on the round.  I like being on the course, but can't stand slow play and waiting.  That's why early morning tee time is by far my preference.

Teed off at 7:30, we were done by 11:00. I think I convinced them to early tee times.

Guess it's all relative.  On my home course 8:15 isn't that early - it's already almost 3 hours into the day.  This time of year our first tee time is 5:32, and we are usually well booked from 6:30 on.  I have 8:15 on Tuesday, which gives me time to wake up before I have to think about golf.

I play 9 once or twice a week before work...... Tee it up at 6 AM and get to the office by 8:30. There's nothing better, but I have to prepare the day before, because If I don't get to bed early I play like Crap

Our tee times dont start until 7:30 due to HOA regulations on when the course can start mowing. I've done the 7:30 thing and all that ever happens is us having to fight with the groups behind us.

All weekend tee times are front and back, you are instructed to take 2 hours on your first 9 so there is not a line of 5-6 groups at the turn. Every time someone in a rush starts screaming that you are slowing down the course, you let them play through and get a good laugh as they sit waiting to start their back 9 for a good 45 minutes. When I played public courses I generally tee'd off by 7AM, but there was definitely something wrong with with being a bit wrecked by noon.

Played my 1st 7am Saturday tee time. It was a bit rough the 1st 6 holes since my back was in utter pain. After I got loose it was tolerable and the day went by quickly done by 10:15 or so. Not too bad considering the normal 11 am tee time can take up to 5 hrs on a Saturday. I think I have been adopted into a 4 some now that tees off at 6:45 am on Saturdays. Early Friday sleep time and some advil and stretching before teeing off

I prefer early golf on weekends......teeing off at 10-11am would kill me because it kills the entire day.  I played 36 holes today and was finished by 12:15
