Chipping and putting need work?

I had 34 putts, and made only one over five feet all day. 

I hit 13 greens the other day but with 39 putts ended up with an 86. Funny game.

Can't have it all at once, I guess. I can't be striping my drives and hitting flush irons and ALSO putting well. 

We should take up a different sport.

Once I played a tournament where the greens were recently aerified. 14 GIR and 42 putts for an 82

I would gladly punch you in the face, but then you would look at my stubby short game lately and then promptly demand to first return my punch and then kick me in the nads to top it off..

My profound philosophy on all inadequacies is - 'just needs some work'.

How much are offering to PAY, I know several old guys who need to supplement their retirement income...

We both can just beat each other up for our bad golf. 

My mantra is "trust the process", but god it can be hard some times.

LOL - best thread title ever (I was almost spot on in guessing what it was about) ...and I feel your pain.    Putting is the most frustrating part of the game
