Last (Golf) Thing You Bought?

Today I splashed out and bought a new Iron set, the ONOFF Red Irons 2010; I had a 9 hole round and was quite impressed with them but they aren't in my bag yet. I've never liked my Yonex Irons and so I'm a glad a replacement could be on it's way; Katayama's clubs > Ishikawa's clubs!

Hopefully will perfect play with them and they'll be in my bag soon!

Got my wedges re-gripped from the stock grips they had when I got them from rockbottomgolf.com. Figured I'd match the grips of my irons, even though I may be regripping THEM in the future (birthday and Christmas both coming up in the offseason, so I'm hopeful...) since I bought them used and really noticed the difference when trying the cut-off shaft w/new grip.

Just earlier today, dropped off a spare 6-iron to get a new shaft put in it (KBS Tour). If I like it, the rest of my irons are to be reshafted in it, and I will buy a PW. I have new 52° and 56° at home; the reshaft + new wedges will settle this "new irons" debacle for me.

Well, I went to PIAS to find a golf cart and perhaps a driver and 3W... I almost picked up a Sumo SQ driver for $50, but passed on it, and thought the used Bag Boy cart with what looked to me as a solid non-collapsible frame (outside of the wheel and handle apparatus) was too large to bring around, so I picked up another used Hippo cart. They had two of them there, one at $22 and another at $20. The one at $20 I discovered was missing one of the clips on the lower strap, so I took the other after testing it out with my bag. However, I head off for the golf course this morning, and halfway down my street I discover the tightening mechanism was broken after the wheel falls off. Bah! :(

500 white 2 3/4" tee's
4 dozen Titliest DT Solo Golf balls
New taylormade grips for all my irons (3-9, PW, SW)
and a pair of pink nike golf shoes for the misses
