Brookledge Golf Club was very nice.   The greens were quick and undulating.  The holes seemed to be unique and manicured very good.    I enjoyed the course.

BTW, the score of “90” was a very good effort by @brockman21 and @Dwalk2088. At a casual glance 90 doesn’t look impressive, but the format was not going to produce a “normal” two person team score like “65”. Their winning margin was 6 shots clear of the pack of challengers at 96 to 100.

Right… because par was 93. They shot -3.

• 3 x 10 = 30
• 5 x 3 = 15
• 12 x 4 = 48
• 30 + 15 + 48 = 93

25 holes of golf.

One last question, did anyone putt for birdie (gross) on #18? That hole played long with the green perched on top of the hill (or little mountain?).

Depends on whether someone wants to organize something. Seems unlikely, at least one I can attend, as I'll get into Behrend stuff in mid-August, and early August feels very close.

I'd be up for something in late August and could help coordinate. Weekend of Aug 25-27 would be ideal. August 11-13 maybe an option as well.

I'm in the finger lakes area of western NY. Maybe we move this event a bit more to the east? Let's see if there's some interest and then start a new thread if so.

Christian may also look to just get a small group together for instruction at the end of July or early August.

Either way, a new topic would be good. We can change the title as plans firm up (or don't).

Please tag me if/when you start a topic for the trip. I’m not certain I can make it but I would try.
