The problem with this is that his opponents affected the outcome of his batting.

still 99.94 will never be achieved again. And bowlers could bowl a full stride closer than they can now since the rule used to be back foot behind the line as opposed to front foot

Tough to compare these two as they are playing in two completely different eras. Same reason you can't compare Babe Ruth to Albert Pujols.

I tend to think the pool of talent is so much bigger now with the numbers of golfers and courses there are today vs in the past that it's harder to win multiple majors now than it was in the past,...
So, I Think it's Tiger for all his crazy good shots he's played over the years,... he's got work to do now to pass Jack but I don't go by just those numbers,...

I tend to think in the same way as Trevino on the subject as to who was and is better. Trevino says that with todays equipment,..........Jack would be hitting the ball almost 400 yards. Of course that is exaggeration on Lee's part, but it would be fun to watch.

So what? Jack's competitors had the same equipment he did... as do the opponents Tiger faces today.

Never mind that Lee's wrong...

I think they are 1 A and 1 B. Personally it's Tiger for me but I never saw Jack in his prime. I think there is no wrong answer

Read a good interview in SI where Jack was sure that Tiger would surpass him. I guess if he thinks it'll happen, that's enough evidence for me to vote that way!

Despite 2010, I'm still plumping for Tiger.

2011 Bag: Yonex EZONE, PRGR Egg/Spoons, Yururi Irons, LIMITED HEARTS Wedges by Master Sasaya and Scotty Cameron putter. see below.

That's more than we really needed to know.

Most likely Jack will be taken over by Tiger, but on a personal preference, there is just something classic about Jack.
