The Stack and Tilt Golf Swing

I never really thought about following any particular "method" with my golf swing. But looking at those videos I got to say those swings look exactly like what I'm hoping to achieve: short, simple, compact, solid golf swings. I might just have to start looking into this S&T; thingy.

Where do I start with this ? Is the book good for self instruction ?

thanks

I made a few practice swings with it after watching the vids. It all seemed to make sense and came easily to me. I will report back after I try it on the range (that might take a while, it's snowing here atm).

I know people drool over grant's swing but, he has alot more curve than charlie and some of the other guys.  I would rather have that ball flight.

Just appears that way, can see more of the middle of the range in the right pic.  Faxon had the same angle.  Grant was definitely controlling curve when I was filming him that day

Not many of us have a trackman to take to the range, so I'm really liking the incorporation of numbers/measurements synchronized with golf swings and then resulting protracer ball flights. Wondering what the popular golf swing media reactions will be, or if they'll even take notice. If Kostis were to watch :53 to 1:07 (from Erik's video post), his fuzzy head might explode.

Does one need to have watched the first set of DVDs to be able to understand the new ones or do they standalone?

Or put another way, can I get away with only having read the book before purchasing these new DVDs?

I spit out my coffee!

This looks much more polished.  I can't wait to get it.

You'll be fine. The first DVDs were as dry as dust and really didn't add a lot to the book -- in my opinion. These look fully comprehensive and much, much better. Can't wait to get my set.
