I'm was excited when I saw that Tiger was coming back. I think it was a good decision to make the return at Augusta as many of you guys have already posted. The security for the players and the reputation for Augusta to not tolerate bad behavior from the patrons, makes this the perfect place for TW to return to the competition. Although, I can see at least a handful of patrons getting tossed for saying/yelling things, just to be "one of those guys." This is a good day.

It was 99% obvious to me he would pick the masters.. being a major, it's controlled environment, and tremendous TV time. I wonder what % of the coverage will be just filimg of Tiger doing nothing.

The other players are both hating it (now playing for 2nd again) and loving it (golf can be taken off life-support).

I won't tune in to Golf Channel today....actually, maybe not so much until after Augusta. It will just be saturated with "XX days until the return of Tiger" repetitive babble.

Well, I never thought I would ever feel this way, but I would be surprised if Tiger wins. I just don't see him coming back after the long layoff coupled with everything that went on and have his game in the shape it needs to be in to win there. If it's maintained the way it has been the last couple of years and with no intervention from mother nature, his short game better be in top form. Then again, other than predicting correctly the tourney he returns to, I've been wrong on many occasions.

Im glad to see him back. Don't think it's that big a deal. Golf needs him and im sure you are going to see just about hole by hole coverage of him. (no pun intended) :O).

I don't think he will do well. In fact I would not be shocked if he missed the cut.
