Due to Tiger's return, this will probably be the most watched non-major this year. I hope he does well, but I don't think he's going to win. With Tiger and Darren Clarke paired together, theirs will definitely be under the spotlight, and will be very interesting to follow.

I would love to see Rory and Tiger battle it out on Sunday, but I think it will be Rory and Rickie in the final pairing, with Rory winning his first WGC.

I don't really know why, but I wold be surprised if Rory won. I'll take Tiger, Fowler, and Jason Day to contend, with Hunter Mahan winning.

With Tiger in the field im guessing Phil will step it up a bit and win this event.

I think Rory will try to step it back up since Tiger's around. Plus the weather should be better than his last two European tournaments.

I'll go with Dustin Johnson to win with Tiger in top 20 with Phil below top 20.

I like Hunter Mahan (and not just because my company is one of his sponsors ). Can't see Tiger contending but I will certainly hope for it!

I'll be surprised if Tiger finishes Top 15.  According to reports, he's been hurt and not playing so I don't think his short game will be where it needs to be.  I think Tigers return will motivate others, like Phil and Rory to step their games up.

What?

It means he hasn't won in a while and I expect him to win soon. Like this week, for example. What was confusing about that?

Adam Scott.....and Tiger comes up just short with a final round 65

saying somebody is "due" something is like saying somebody "deserves" something, when in reality neither really means anything. sorry, just one of my pet peeves, forget about it. god, i sound like shorty.

I think Tiger will play okay.  It is a good field, so I doubt he will contend but will have a decent showing.  Some good, some bad, ultimately I believe he will be around 15th.  I like Jason Day to win, he has been in contention enough that some of the nerves should be gone or at least fading.

The top five finishers this week:

  1. Jason Day
  2. Matt Kuchar
  3. Luke Donald

  5. Gary Woodland

Westwood and Kaymer both finish on the back end of the top ten. McIlroy finishes in the top 15, Mickelson in the top 25, Woods around mid-pack. Harrison Frazar brings up the rear.

I could see Woodland or DJ winning this one but I haven't been right all year. I will be interested to see what Tiger and Phil put together I've said all along Phil needs Tiger for some reason. Phil has never been on Tigers level but Phil has played some of his best golf because of Tiger. I would love to see Phil and Tiger both have a solid tourney but I just don't see it happening.
