I find his techniques on short game very good, him simple chip set up, I find gives good results on the course.

Holy cow, I just saw a video of this guy without his hat on and he has a savage Norwegian mohawk.  It was shocking and it made him look about 30 years older than I thought he was.  Anyway, not really golf related so carry on I guess.

I'll bite...what is a Norwegian mohawk?

It is Mark Crossfield related.

I heard the term from my brother several years ago when he was poking fun at bald guys from our home state of North Dakota (my dad and a few uncles in particular).  It's basically the shiny bald strip that runs down the middle of some guy's heads leaving hair on the sides.  I figured it was a term from urban dictionary or something but searching the web for it just now has no results so I guess he made it up.  I still think it's hilarious though.

Ah, yes, he does have a little chrome dome action going on. I thought maybe it was like a deeply recessed hairline around the temples with a thin little widow's peak holding on for dear life. :-P

Can't blame him for wearing hats all the time in that pretty cool windy climate, though.

I also looked in Urban Dictionary - you should add it. Might become a thing.

Add it! Here's a stab:

Norwegian Mohawk - a strip of skin running down the middle of the head similar in appearance to a standard mohawk some teenagers like to sport. However, unlike it's hairy counterpart, is worn by many more individuals usually after having children and many long nights of hard work and difficult life events. It tends to occur more frequently in. . .

Why point and laugh? It's really not funny when you're the one with the premature 8-ball. For some folks (I happen to know one in real life) it's simply a medical problem that harms confidence and threatens to undermine a healthy self image, because of the reactions people have toward it. Would you laugh at someone with a limp? How about a guy with a big nose? You do realize it's possible that Mark would google his own name checking his search engine results (he's running an online business after all) and stumble upon this thread, don't you?

How did I not see this thread sooner?? I actually really like Mark Crossfield. I enjoy his course vlogs lots, reviews, etc. So mark me down for the Mark Crossfield fan club.

Subscriber, and like him well enough. His club reviews are fair, and his instructional tips have helped me a whole lot. While he is a bit annoying sometimes on the course, I think he would be fun to play with, despite the beating I would get.

I'm off to Devon next week. My wife bought me a 3 hour lesson with Mark so I'll post up a review! To me he comes across as down to earth and what you see is what you get. His love of the game really comes across in his videoes and vlogs. I'm really looking forward to it.

Def looking forward to the TR!

Maybe you can convince him to put your lessons on his youtube channel like he's done with other folks.
