I'd be interested . . . . Where are we looking at playing? Central Mass area?

I'd prefer Western Mass. but not that married to the idea.

This seems like a great idea in theory.  Someone would have to do a lot of work to make it happen.

Check out some of the links in the first post. The SoCal guys have done it several times.

Blackstone outside Worcester could be fun

Great course.  If you guys do this I'd be very tempted to make a trip.  My in-laws live down the street.

That area also has Highfields and Shining Rock. There's also Cyprian Keyes a few towns north.

I'd be up for any of those. Really love Shining Rock. Cyprian can be a handfull for a bunch of guys that haven't played it before, as it seems like there's at least one blind shot on every hole.

I think Highfields is the best golf value in the area.

Wow, just read the first thread you linked Jamo - 20 pages.  Those folks in SC have a lot of territory to cover to meet up.  I've got to congratulate them.

Option? http://golfthefox.com/crumpin-fox/course/ I would prefer closer to Boston myself...

Whoa, $70+ for a round

I agree but I was not sure what caliber of GC we would play.

I hear ya.  I mean, if I don't have any other commitments, then I'm down to play wherever, just trying to save some money for new irons and an Edel putter.
