I thought this might be fun… I'd serve: Steak of some kind (porterhouse, perhaps) Cajun-style scallops Mashed potatoes (with some skins and a little cheese mixed in)

Hmmmm....I'd go one of two ways.  First option would be a Spanish tapas-style dinner with: Paella Jamon Iberico (prime Spanish/Portuguese ham) with Manchego cheese Chorizo al vino

I would serve up a big old nacho bar.

Chips, cheese, re-fried beans, steak, chicken, guac, sour cream, onions, olives, jalapenos, queso, tomatoes...

Then for desert, a nice soft serve ice cream machine.

Yes, I am this classy.

There's not enough whisky in Scotland to make Balut anything but one of the most disgusting things anyone ever put in their mouth.

I challenge anyone to watch someone eat it and not retch!
