What Would You Serve at Your Masters Champions Dinner?

Just put BBQ sauce on mine then, EJ.

Nope. There won't be any ketchup on the table either. It won't be cooked particularly well either.

Yours in earnest, Jason.

I would serve up a big old nacho bar.

Chips, cheese, re-fried beans, steak, chicken, guac, sour cream, onions, olives, jalapenos, queso, tomatoes...

Then for desert, a nice soft serve ice cream machine.

Yes, I am this classy.

Balut, and watch them run

With a sufficient amount of whiskey, anything seems good.

There's not enough whisky in Scotland to make Balut anything but one of the most disgusting things anyone ever put in their mouth.

I challenge anyone to watch someone eat it and not retch!

Too late!  I will ask my Filipino friends about it.

You would need vodka, then. :-D BTW, I cracked one open, and that was the last time I attempted it.

Skyline Chili

Made-Rite Sandwiches

Marion's Pizza

Montgomery Inn BBQ

I suppose I would throw in some veggies for people who are in to that sorta thing.

+1 on Montgomery Inn!

I would not want to go into any of the bathrooms or port-o-potties if they are serving Skyline!

My selection of the famous Cincy style chili is partially strategic. ;-)

    • If you want a little more background about Rose, No Laying Up followed the Stanford women's golf team and made this video: I am personally a fan of Rose, and I really hope she become a superstar on the LPGA. The LPGA really needs someone to step up and dominate. Right now, the LPGA has a lot of good golfers who do not live up to their talent, especially in the majors. That is particularly true for the Americans on the LPGA tour (looking at you, Nelly and Lexi). Rose winning in her first professional start is a great first step. One thing that concerns me is Rose's putting stroke. It's probably something she can fix, though.
    • I think every course should just put a set of tees at the start of every fairway. I think adding more tee options is a fantastic idea. They should post signs at the 1st and 10th hole about what tee boxes the course recommends people play.
    • Many of the 'newer' type of courses have more or less taken the "Ladies Tee" out of the mix. 5 or 6 sets of tees and none of them "Red". Might go Black, Blue, White, Green, Gold, and Silver or similar. The only reference to "Ladies" is on the scorecard in reference to the differing Slopes and Hdcps for each course and hole.  the whole thing of moving up a tee is probably for the best for most. But Players may want to hit driver- even if they may not be straight, they want to be 'closer'. But too FAR forward and driver stays in the bag and you end up having to lay up and hitting the same club in anyway. And ego's sell Drivers, so folks will move back to soothe their egos anyway.  'Shorter' isn't always easier, either. You still need to hit fairways and greens AND Putt- which can be 40-50% of your score.
    • Yea, with 3/4 shots, you are taking spin off so it is about decent angle.
    • Day 3 Following some great feedback on my awful swing technique this will he my focus. Managed my setup/approach and that is feeling more natural, focusing on shoulder twist whilst keeping hips flat as this doesnt feel comfortable (partly due to a back issue).  Spent time working through the backswing in stages.
