It very well could be!

Tiger is slamming clubs and yelling at himself. How long before the back turns into an issue again?

He did look like he was stretching it out before that pitch shot.

Ricky Fowler was +2 after his first 5 holes (back 9).  He's birdied 4 since to get to -2 after 11 holes. Playing #3 on the front 9 now.  Go Ricky.

I'm not a psychologist, but I don't think the mental stress he puts on himself can help his body.

A very blase leaderboard so far. Chappell, Jacobson, Todd, some no-name Looten,, Koepka, Walker. Most of the big boys seem to be huddled around -1 or Even. Surprisingly bad start from Rose.

LOL and we have a clear F bomb from Tiger after a quick-left tee shot! "For F's sake, Tiger!"

That might be the worst swing I have ever seen out of Tiger, and that is saying something. Only question now is how far over par Tiger will be on this hole, and the round. +++ A LOT.

5 fake internet shillings says Tiger misses the cut at this event. That is, unless he pulls out with an injury first.

Don't talk bad about The Official Dutch Golfer Of The Forum!

and the F-bomb

watching the same group really gives a lot of insight into how the game is played and what the players go through and feel.  I like it.  better than just highlight after highlight during the general presentation

Agreed. Still early but it looks like the big names have some work to do. Koepka seems to always show up early in tournaments, but then sorta gets lost in the shuffle as the tourney goes on. He seems like he'll break through one of these days.

I think Michael Breed is doing commentary on the PGA.com broadcast.

They asked him why Tiger hit it left. He said something on the lines off, the hips move too far forward and didn't rotate, when the hips stop rotating it caused the hands to close down and the ball to go left.

Any thoughts on this analysis?

Tiger looking very bad right now. At least on the front 9 his drives were okay. Now his driver and his irons have gone to hell. Keeps playing like this, Angel Cabrera may have some company on the bottom of the leaderboard.

I agree, that's usually the trouble I have with bad shots. The draw turns into a hook.
