There is a smiley face in there.  Can you not see it on your phone?

I'm on a laptop.

I can see it on my iMac.

And I as well on my iPad. But not my PC at work. Basically, if your device doesn't start with "i" then you won't see those iPhone smileys, just little squares. (Double set point)

I cannot see it on my work laptop.  What a weird iGlitch (just coined that phrase).

All of the above debate will be moot in a few years anyway after A-A-Ron Rogers wins his 5th Superbowl.  That is after his team gets a defense. :-P

Game, set, match.

I'm not a football nut anymore ... but the one variable that I always thought made comparing todays QB's against the QB's of old is that the previous generation QB's largely called THEIR OWN plays.    They didn't have an offensive coordinator pipelined in to do that job.     Staubach, Bradshaw, Montana, Starr, Stabler, etc ... I just give these guys more credit from a pureist standpoint.

PS - if you want to talk about a QB that THREW the ball better (ok prettier) than anybody else - perfect spiral, on a rope ... it would be Bradshaw, without question

    • And if he wins (gasp) the British Open, the hat will be an homage to Mr. Morris. Equal opportunity opportunist. Heh.
    • Still not happy with Bryson's lies. For example, just yesterday: The hat was because of Payne. Years ago he was on record as saying it's because of Ben Hogan. The wall at SMU for Payne Stewart that he says made him decide to go there… didn't exist until after he'd begun taking classes at SMU. Both lies feel awfully "convenient" because he won at Pinehurst.
    • Launch angle is a mix of dynamic loft and angle of attack. Dynamic loft including the loft of the driver and how it is influence at impact by your swing and by the golf shaft.  Odds are you have a negative attack angle. Yes, hitting it low on the club face can decrease launch angle to. Unless you can get the full set of stats, hard to tell what is going on.  Depends on the width of your stance. Rory has a super wide stance, so his all position is inside his lead heel, but it is forward in his stance.
    • Day 592, June 17, 2024 Played 18 holes pausing near the top of the backswing (may not have actually looked like a pause if you were watching me). Hit a 6I about 195 (flew the entire green) and a few other shots long, but… overall, pretty happy. Occasionally was lazy with the arms.
    • You are absolutely right he never mentions LIV in his videos. The only reason he has his LIV team's logo on hat and shirt is a contractual obligation. And there is nothing phony about his fan interaction - one only has to go back and look how he interacted with fans at the President's cup and Ryder Cup. I hope the President's cup captain has the "presence of mind" to select Bryson as a Captains pick.
