I still don't see why that is a problem.... Stick it inside a foot

Still going with my guys on site on this one. Sorry.

Gary replied to the wrong person.

Lol even Google Reviews the negative comments are about the green conditions. Are you in denial about this course?

I would be interested to see what Tiger would say about this course if he played well.

This is US open, like the Open the course are set to make you play the course, link's type courses bring out the thinkers in the game, and they have good results, look at the guys in top 15 after 1st round, a mix of youth and mature guys but there past performances show they thinker golfers.

Up shot Mr Woods won't be there for the weekend unless he shoots round -12 tomorrow, won't happen. Young Ricky got dragged down unlucky pairing. That group are 29 over par at present and not finished 18. It's like Sunday hackers.

I think the greens are mostly fine. I think it's similar to Muirfield in 2013 when they were brown.....brown is good for a links course, and this is pretty much a links course. It's just on a lake instead of an ocean so it's not classified as "links." However, there are some spots that are not in great shape. There are some spots that are a bit dried out, leading to some hops, but overall, I think the greens are fine. Then again, I'm not on the course like the players are.

So now Tiger is to blame for Rickie too? Bad enough he will have to explain his own 80.

That is Puget Sound, not a lake. It's salt water, so it's a links course.

The 80 today by Tiger makes the 85 two weeks ago seem less intentional than Tiger led us to believe.  He needs to leave the driver in the hotel room and go back to his stinger shot off the tee, assuming he can still hit that shot.
