The trend of the governing bodies has been to do what they can to limit the benefits of equipment. I don't think they would go for an increase. Nor is there really a benefit. Modern drivers are really easy to hit already.

No. The USGA capped it at 460cc in 2004 and I don't see any incentive for them to go beyond that.  430-460 is a nice "sweetspot" for forgiveness and swing speed.

I think you just lose speed with anything above 460 or 500cc.  If you can't hit that, take up Tennis. just kidding but seriously.

I think that you are going to see driver sizes stay right where they are. I don't see any reason why they would increase it beyond the current 460cc limit, but there is no way that I see them reducing the size limit either.

No I doubt it.  I would suspect with new materials coming available all the time that drivers will continue to become more efficient at transferring energy to the ball and forgiveness for mishits.

Looks like the driver on the left says 1000 cc, which wouldn't conform to the RoG.  Maybe it was just included in the photo for contrast. Just sayin'.
