I doubt JS is embarrassed, he's OWGR #1 and Paramor has already been painted a villain for the penalty he called on the kid at the Masters.

Not saying he's embarrassed. I'm saying there was a moment of embarrassment when everyone could see him being spoken to and "put on the clock" or whatever it is.

Paramor doesn't give two shits. He's doing his job.

Play suspended (darkness). Spieth, Stenson and McIlroy are all over par this round, but will have to finish the round tomorrow. Sullivan takes the lead after a -5 today, Luiten played himself inside the top 3 after a -4.

I turned it on when Jordan/Rory/Rickie were teeing off. What caused the delay? I never heard.

Man, Rory and Jordan didn't look good today. Spieth's irons were terrible, Rory's weren't much better. Neither could make a putt.

Fog delayed the game for almost 3 hours. First rounds started at aprox. 10 instead of 7.

Course looks nice, but I don't understand why this has such a better field than the Bob Hope does, seemingly every year (they're regularly opposite one another, I think).  Is it that much better of a purse?  Is it the pro-am?

No, it's because these Middle Eastern tournaments pay some kind of signing fee for those kind of players. Spieth and Fowler for example are getting rich just for showing up there.

Round three finished. Fowler will start the final round as leader at -13, and will be acompied in the final flight by Joost Luiten (who won 4 shots in the last 4 holes, including an eagle at 18) at -11. At -10 a pack of 5 players including McIlroy and Stenson.

Congratulations to Rickie. Although Pieters made it very interesting.

That was dramatic towards the end ... Congrats to Rickie.

Andy why does Cara Robinson look like an AMAZON on Morning Drive after the tourney. Or is Gary that short?

    • Imma throw a dart in the dark as no one can tell what is happening once every fourth iron shot per your OP. This might sound counterintuitive but if ball position is too far back in the stance folks are known to throw down clubhead steeply. Could be happening. And yes, @billchaois not wrong; clubhead tends to bottom out wherever your pressure is. So slide forward (not sway), then hit.
    • Day 300 (!): did a stack session.
    • Day 24: Missed my weekly round due to a last minute little league makeup game this morning. Managed to get in some backswing rehearsals while grilling sausages for dinner, and then putted around the office/laundry room after dinner.
    • but I don't understand how that's possible you still want your head to stay back you don't want the upper body coming forward and plus I've tried feeling that and it made my fat shots worse and I then tend to pull and sky all my shots especially with driver because I get in front of it dont need force plates to see i finish on my left side
