Yeah - I wasn’t sure. I saw boogielicious post 2months into it, posted in red, but no badge, so I was just drawing attention to mine

@boogielicious should award himself the badge, too. 🙂

I have achieved the COVID 30 day practice plan and 5 minutes daily practice, although I think I’m averaging more like an hour.😀

Both awards you grant to yourself.

Better to have achieved the COVID 30 than the COVID 19.

I was trying to figure out how to do it. The New Award button wasn't visible on my iPad. I found it on my Mac.

Give it a try on a computer. Or try your iPad in landscape mode? Or try… https://thesandtrap.com/awards/award/new/?catid=5&awid=40.

Early last year at Fort Hays Municipal Golf Course, Hays, Kansas, I broke 100. Shot a 98.

Late last year at Fort Hays Municipal Golf Course I shot a 82 and an 84 for eighteen holes. 82 on a Tuesday and an 84 on a Thursday. The specific dates escape me.

Two weeks ago I had an Eagle on hole #5 at Fort Hays Municipal Golf Course, Hays, Kansas. Had a nice drive and an approach shot from 80 yards that went in. (Two witnesses)

I haven't been a member of this forum very long and have just recently become active in the past few months.

I got to noticing all the awards others have and decided to post some of mine.

If I don't meet the Forum Rules for the posting of the awards, I will start keeping records where I can.

Thank you,

Terry Warner

Good Morning! Yesterday i got my first eagle! I was playing at Gray Eagle golf course in FIshers, Indiana. I had a really crazy round with some awesome shoots to include the eagle on the 18th hole. See below for my score card.

    • Bryson got hit with a 2 shot penalty, after the round, for improving his lie on hole 5.  Here is a post on X, showing how he stepped on high grass when he was looking down his target line.  When they cut to the side shot, you can see how close he was behind the ball.  I think the R&A probably made the correct decision. You just have to be really careful when you are walking in the high grass, around the ball and where you are to make a swing.

    • Day 27 (17 July 26) - Normally an 18 hole day, but due to commitments abbreviated the round to 9 holes (played the back nine at home course).  Had a solid session where even the worst miss (tee shot off 18) was fully playable.  Shot a solid 39 (6pars, 3bogies) - not dbls, no three putts - just boring golf.
    • Overall, well said. People have to be very careful in trying to describe very complex problem in simple terms. In this case, it is a clear fundamental misunderstanding of Newton's 1st and 3rd laws.  To clarify more on the misinterpretation of Newton's 1st law. The exact interpretation of Newton's 1st Law....  "Every body continues in its state of rest, or of uniform motion in a straight line, unless it is compelled to change that state by forces impressed upon it" yea, a body will stay motionless unless a force acts upon it. An object will stay on its path of motion unless a force acts upon it.  I get it, complex physics problems are difficult. There is a lot of simplification done in most physics class when it is taught. A classic problem uses a frictionless surface. Projectile motion excludes drag and wind direction. Collisions are usually elastic. The golf swing is not a simple physics problem.  Yea, I think they got caught up the data on the graphs and are not truly understanding cause and effect.  If the golfer isn't first pushing into the ground, then the ground isn't going to push back.  The internal forces of the body create the motion, not the external forces from the ground. The ground isn't like what Psy uses to start his concert. 🤣 You probably need to be connected to the ground and have those GRF to help the body produce the motion you want. Your body has to move in the right way to produce the GRF which helps you move the body in the way you want. Body motion precedes the GRF.
