It was hot here yesterday. Mid 80s and sunny/humid. I was looking for shady spots to park in while the others in my foursome were playing their shots.

I can play 7200 yards, but its not as much fun as 6400. Doesn't matter to me Ill go wherever the majority likes to play from. Hitting 9 iron into Par 4's is a lot more fun than 4 iron.

Great time at Eagle Creek with @Carl Spackler @Gator Hazard @kpaulhus @dave s @jetsknicks1and my Dad, weather, golf course and company couldn't have been better. Eagle Creek is a really good course. L

On a separate note, I played Casselberry and CC at Deer Run this weekend. Neither one was in great shape. Casselberry was worse than Deer Run which seems like it used to be a really nice place. Casselberry was shorter and definitely easier yielding 3 birdies on the back 9. I played both on GolfNow hot deals that were less the $20 for each round, so no complaints there. I would definitely play Deer Run again.

Off tomorrow, heading to Loraine Ohio to visit the wife's Dad and then to Florida.  

Trip to Florida though, can't get here fast enough.

A lot of us have never met. I am driving up Tuesday and would like to propose a Tuesday night meet and greet if anyone would be interested in a few beers or sodas and maybe a game or two of pool. Let me know what you all think.

I love the idea Gator but I won't be able to get out there on Tuesday. I'll be at the course early on Wednesday, looking forward to meeting everyone.

Gator where are your thinking?  i get in on Tuesday evening, but my parents live just north of the airport , right off of S. Semoran Blvd

That's about 30-35 minutes from my parents, I'll ask my dad if there is anything in between, im not that familiar with them area
