My 7 iron is about my 160 yard club, could probably muscle out more but I don't swing hard.

160 plus 80% of the time. 7 iron is the longest iron I hit with any consistance. Working on my 6 though.

Just under 170 for a normal full swing, I'll try to hit as far as 175 if I really want it to land soft (pin cut at the front over a bunker, a really hard green, or something).

181 yards average according to the GPS (full swing), but I can hit 120 yards with it xD, I voted 170 - 180 'cause I don't hit my drive 350 yards.

150 yards. Depending on how I swing and conditons give +/-5 yards.

Im around 150 but don't really use my 7 iron much mostly my 6 or 8 i can hit these better for some reason.

Being twenty yards long or short of the target isn't the problem, being 20 yards left or right is. It's been getting better of late though.

Always the same problem with the irons. When I'm conservative and play a 7i for 140 I tend to hit it smoothly and sweetly, sending it 150 or even 155 ...... and off the back of the green. If I play for 150+ I might hit it a bit fat (overswinging or whatever) and end up short. Oi vay .........

I have been playing for about 6 months and hit mine (straight) about 135-140 yds. Of course I'm a beginner and I'm 40 yrs old. I can hit it farther but it would probably involve some kind of calculus to obtain the distance given the inconsistent hooks and slices generated.
