"5 Minutes Daily" Practice Challenge

Day 4

Great 35 minute work out.

Started out with Lateral lunges stretching ham strings, neck PT, ab work, 15 swing set with SKLZ Tempo Grip Trainer, hamstring stretching, neck PT, 15 swing set with SKLZ Gold Flex, ab work, stretching, 15 swing set with SKLZ Tempo Grip Trainer, 15 swing set with Gold Flex, ab work out and final stretching on lateral lunges, hamstring stretching and finally neck PT.

Day #8

more work on the first 3 COViD drills

Day 130.  I had a good hour in my practice room (off a mat, real balls, into a net, indoors).  I hit quarter shots with a 56 degree wedge and with an 8-iron, then trouble shots and full swings with a 6-iron.

Day 55 - Just hitting some balls indoors, working on the new setup. Need to film soon.

forgot to post yesterday but played 18. Ugly day across the board.

Day 308 - October 31, 2020

Played 18 at Bedford Springs with a small group of TST people.

Day 323

Played 18 today. Started off hitting the ball really well, and felt like I was going to have a solid day of ballstriking. Then the shaft of my driver snapped on the third hole on a routine shot, and I mentally checked out after that. At least I got a lot of good practice hitting 3W today.

Day 131.  I suppose if we're feeling generous, we can describe what I did today as playing golf.  I didn't make a par until hole 6, I didn't hit a GIR until hole 12, I made a total of five pars all day and no birdies.  

If anyone would like to point and laugh, here you go.   That really good tee shot at 16 was an accident by the way.

Putting in the living room today.

Day 132.  Spent 20 minutes hitting balls at the indoor practice room;  indoor, off a mat, into a net, real balls.  9-iron and 6-iron.

Day 29: Range session. Really cold and windy. Work on the same piece with a variety of clubs.
