Left thumb still cracked open a bit, so slower-motion swings with some Torc trainers on today.

Day 13: 1/14/2024

I knew I had a lot planned for the day. So I knocked out my superspeed training first thing this AM. That was all I got in today. 😢

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Day 6:

Played 18 in very muddy/sloppy conditions. Only brought 7 clubs. Shot 82 with 6 GIR, pretty happy considering the conditions- it was an achievement just to not slip and fall.

Day 442, January 15, 2024

Slow motion after a lesson. Giving the thumb time to heal up, but looking forward to some longer sessions soon.

Day 18- 1/14/24

Putting and chipping practice indoors. Dry swings with tape on the ground from Bryson’s video. Going to try that out on the range where they only use mats.

Did not hit submit reply yesterday!

Day 19- 1/15/24

Stack Full speed spectrum training. Hit 113 at max speed, which is still below my highest in this 24-term session.

Day 37 (15 Jan 24) - Same drills as past few days - solo work with trail arm focused on club face at P2 and P6 with PW, followed by full swings, today included Birdie Balls at saucer (on swing set).   Grandson impressed when he lined up on his own without input from me 3 Birdie Balls in a line about two yards apart and then proceeded to make easy pitches to the saucer.  Watching him think outside the box really did my heart good.

Day 14: 1/15/2024

It actually crossed my mind to try to go to the outdoor range today. Even though it was about 5 degrees out there.

Instead, I stayed inside and did my mirror work. Trying to walk my ribs up the wall and working on my hips during the downswing.

Looking forward to tomorrow's overspeed training.

Day 15 - More full swing work in slow motion. Tomorrow I’ll setup my tripod, as things felt off tonight. I really need that video feedback (and to send in some videos for Evolvr).
