Day 38 (16 Jan 23) Had planned to play nine with good friend.  Just enough rain to not go, still able to work on primary drill of past few days - solo trail arm working into full swing using hard foam balls.

Day 17: 1/16/2024

Very simple mirror work today.

I'm getting some hip movement I don't want and not getting some I do want, so that was my total focus today. And its likely to be a bit of a focal point for me for a little bit. That and the rib climbing the wall thing.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Day 444, January 17, 2024

Not as much time as I'd have wanted but got 30 minutes of good work in. I think a big chunk of it is just not having as many mirrors around. I'm going to put more out - face on and down the line.

Stack training Full Speed Spectrum.  Cold tonight and fell a little short of high speed for this session. Hit high speeds with other weights, so the night was not without some success.

Day 18: 1/17/2024

Today was a good day for golf practice. Of course it was all indoor as the weather isn't great out there.

In the morning I did my putting gate drills. Oddly, I couldn't get the ball through the gates. I was just a bit off all morning. I even used the putting mirror. Anyway, I got good work in.

Mid-day I did mirror work. Again, it's all about the hips and the ribs.

5-minutes ago I finished my overspeed training for the day.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.
