Day 445, January 18, 2024

Did a little work with a Torc swing weight trainer thing on today to help feel that initial throwing direction.

Day 19: 1/18/2024

Bead work on the indoor mat. I was much better than yesterday.

Later I got my mirror work in. As usual my two priority pieces are right rib and my left hip.

Day 22- 1/18/24

Putting through a 50 mm gate. A little distracted watching my nephew’s basketball team on ESPNU tonight. Their team, Winthrop, lost after leading by 10. Tough game, but they have been playing well.

Day 52- Backswing drills with short practice club.

Day 10:

My triple-S thought/feel has faded so did a bunch of mirror v  rehearsal to find what different spots in swing feel like. Made it outside to hit some balls afterward - full swing and partial wedges.

Day 193: did some mirror work while watching TV. Worked on downswing feels again. Getting out to a simulator tomorrow, so that should be a good change from my routine.

Day 16 - Mirror work at the gym focusing on setup and right knee.

Day 41 (19 Jan 24) - Solo round at Minnesott today.  Focused on same drill process as have been working on.

Day 17 - The Stack session. Only one more session left in Neural Program

Day 194: did an hour at a simulator. Shot 78 at Bandon Dunes and then was +1 through 10 at Sand Valley before I had to quit.

Slow motion swings followed by putting through 50 mm gates.

Some slower swings with the Torc today.

Day 53- Went to the dome to hit a bucket. Felt like really good contact with my janky swing.

Day 20: 1/19/2024

Got some bead work on the indoor putting mat early this morning. 

Did some mirror work on my 2 priority pieces mid afternoon. 

I also regripped my wife's clubs, but I'm not sure if that counts. 👍😁👍

Day 19 - Lightning-fast turnaround on my Evolvr videos; working on my lower body in the downswing. Slow reps, working up to full(ish) swings.

Day 24 - 1/20/24

Stack training session with Full Speed Spectrum. Below freezing when I attempted it this afternoon and my swing speeds were down about 10 mph. Winthrop lost a 15-point halftime lead while I was training. Didn’t affect my speed, only my mood.

Day 42 (20 Jan 24) - Continued with trail arm drill today, followed by hitting a few hard foam balls using the PW.

Day 447, January 20, 2024

Worked for 30 minutes with the Torc after Junior Elite and a lesson. Same backswing to downswing things. The Torc really makes you feel the weight and where the shaft is at any given point in time.
