Day 2: swings into a net. I’ve noticed my backswing has gotten a bit flat and I’m up on my trail toe early in the downswing. Need to work on that.

Going to give this a shot now that I'm using Evolvr again.

Day 1 - Dry swings and mirror work focusing on my priority piece. Putted indoors for 15 min too focusing on setting up a bit further from the ball.

Day 7. Went to a grass range today in hopes that it would be easier on my wrist. Seems okay after. Just worked on aim mostly through the bag. Did a bit of MP feel work between some swings, but mostly just did pre-shot, set up, hit. Also did medium pitches and chipping.

Day 59 (25 Apr 23) - Played 9holes as part of the monthly men's group outing.  Paired up with a father and son (he's 12) who are good friends.  Had a blast as we were in Captain's choice Texas Scramble format.  The best comment of the round was when the dad asked how my back was doing.  I was curious about the comment as he knew about my foot with the missing toes.  When I said its okay, he said, "Good, because you've been carrying us."  All I could think it was due to the level of confidence I have begun to have from the daily working the clubs.

Day 36:

I’m at the point where I’m overdoing my downswing feel exaggeration, so played around with some different things trying to find a middle ground.

Day 33 (4/25): Putting practice through gates and trying to reduce backswing length with tempo practice. Still a little long, but never hit the gate, which occasionally happens during these feedback drills.

Day 31: 25 Apr

Played 14 holes (we skipped 7-10 for time constraints). Short game was hit and miss; I need to spend some time recalibrating my distance control on part-wedge shots, or at least have a good practice session or two on them. Off the tee….couple of questionable shots but on the whole generally good. My pre-shot routine of a practice swing to get the right feel of correct swing path seems to help.

Day 2: went down and filmed my swing hitting some shots. Worked on the same things, trying not to get so laid off coming back, hips linear, not jumping the ball. Frustration level set in. I looked back five years and realized I’m either not getting it or am practicing the swing change wrong, as I see very little change. If any at all. I think I’ll put the clubs down for a week or so and regroup and go from there. Every now and again need a reset.

Day 8. Played a practice 9 with my wife. The course was not crowded so we took our time and worked on short game shots on a few holes.

    • I’m posting my Stack System results here. I’m not sure what to make of the information below, other than I have plenty of room for improvement.  I was going a little to fast at the  start and need to slow down and pay attention to the timer between shots. I hit some balls after this snd the launch monitor showed several were 245 total which I felt may have been a little generous.  They were good shots (for me) but just looking at the distance markers at the range I felt I was shorter than that.
    • Baseline fine, and boy do I have room for improvement.
    • I've watched the video and I like Brendan's presentation. It explains exactly how they arrived at creating the original VisionTrack itself so many years ago.
    • I am wondering if anybody has ever used these and if so did you use the 3.0 or the 1.0.  I think it might help prevent injury in my hips/groin that seems to show up every couple of years.  Would love to hear as well if they restrict swing in any way.   CORESHORTS | The Original CORESHORTS™ Revolutionary X band design mimics the functional anatomy of the body's core area to boost performance | Anti-odor technology prevents the growth...
    • I think dish soap is ideal. It's not good to wash your hands with dish soap because it strips away all the oils and dries them out a bunch. That's what is making the grip dirty though - you want something that will dissolve oils. Hand soap is generally gentle on your hands and won't do much to clean your grips - at least not without a lot of effort.
