Golf club in Turkey installs floodlights for night golf

That looks awesome.Highly unlikely to have entire course lit so every spot you may be in has sufficient light to help you see ball.Always felt that this practice could be done on like the final 3-5 holes so they could get another hour worth of play for late starters.Say you tee off at 6pm but gets dark at 830 then having the last 5 holes lit up would give you time to finish in dark.

I have played a couple of lighted regulation par 72 golf courses in the US in the past.  It was a pretty cool experience but something you have to learn is that you can't just stand up on the tee box and try to play "bomb it and go find it".  Realistically, you have to learn to play from patch of light to patch of light.  Getting out in the rough where the light is not so bright made it very difficult to hit good shots.  Shadows make it even tougher.  But, it really was a fun experience.

Par 3's under the lights are more fun to play than the regulation courses. You can see the ball better, and there are less lost balls, too.

I've hit at a lit range -- it's really easy to see the ball in the light against a dark sky.  Kind of cool - and I'd love to try this out.

I've never tried the glow-balls either - that might be fun once or twice.

This is on my bucket list. Not sure where the closest spot is though. Probably Vegas.

When I lived in Houston, there was a lighted course that I'd play after work, Beacon Lakes.  It was fun, but if you veered off the fairway, you might have a hard time finding your ball.
