    • I swing so fast, the vortex created by my arms pulled all the dye color out of my belt.

    • I only wear white to match the white sox I wear with my golf sandals.

    • I don’t wear a white belt because I’m a slob and it would get covered with ketchup from my hot dog at the turn,

I apologize in advance since I'm slightly off topic but I just had to ask you fashion gurus - am I better off wearing my pink suspenders than I am with a white belt?

To wear a white belt you must follow the "36" rule: if your waist is larger than 36 or if your age is greater than 36 do not wear a white belt. I read this someplace.

DJ is 36....I’ll let you tell him he’s gotta give his up next year ☺️C4BC9230-2B4A-4225-A143-28CA30EAA7A4.jpeg.e04919c099f6c4c8db54451c1cc9859e.jpeg

Not sure I’ve seen him wear it lately though, so maybe he knows what’s up

Be a trend setter, not a follower.  Wear both together!

Hell ya! I mean for all those complainers...which is worse?

Wearing a white belt and pink suspenders, or, getting yours ass kicked by a guy wearing a white belt and pink suspenders.

If you’re going to dress a certain way, you better have the game to back it up.

The way the white belt debate is going, does that mean really good, or really bad?

I’m going with “if both are false, don’t wear a belt.” Not “either.”

    • Day 159 1-19 Flow drill while attempting to add arch in wrist on downswing. Not where it needs to be but felt good working on swing flow.
    • Day 1 (19 Jan 26) - after a week lay-off due to travels, felt great to get in some drills in the backyard today.  Started with lead arm only short pitches focused on squared face and light divot post ball.  Haven’t done this in a while and it showed, with some skulls and slices.  Settled into easy flighted balls - wrapped up with standard two handed swings.  Good restart to the daily drills.
    • That depends what you do within those two.  Are they your only options?   Check out Fit for Golf if you get a moment.  It's linked on the sidebar;  I did it for two years, stopped for a really bad reason, and I plan to get back to it soon.   Mike Carroll also has a great free podcast about a lot of topics in golf fitness.
    • Day 19, 1/19.  Finished work in time to spend 25 minutes hitting balls (hit 15) indoors, off a mat, into the net.  Usual focus.
    • Day 30 - 2026-01-19 Got 10 minutes in on the mat / net working on exagerrating movements I'm working on. And grip. Also worked with my friendly AI to summarize key negative tendencies I have so that I can build a personal checklist to follow. Will do more mirror work tonight.
