The whole album:

Pop music is brainless stuff. Good to have on while I'm writing. It's generally upbeat. And mindless.

Plus she's pretty and has a good voice.

And he dug up her grave and built a cage with her bones.  Excitable boy they all said.

Huge Corr's fan here - such talented girls - they each play multiple instruments very very well.    Violin player is stunningly gorgeous & such a great musician.      Drummer is just scary hot - the way she bounces on the drum seat & just lays it down - such a cool chick.      My favorite song starts at 33:20 ... Forgiven Not Forgotten (when the drums start at 34:40 gives me chills)

Thanks for posting - haven't listened to them in years - brought back memories !!

Sorry for the delayed response. Yea, that album just always puts me in a good mood. Plus 1999 was a good year. Ahhh memories. My favorite tracks are probably Only When I Sleep, Toss the Feathers, Dreams (great Fleetwood Mac cover), At Your Side, Queen of Hollywood, and Old Town (This Boy is Cracking Up) (Phil Lynott/Thin Lizzy cover). Radio is pretty good too.

Forgiven Not Forgotten is great.

My favorite is Andrea, but all three are really pretty.

Hmmm. Now I have incentive to install the speaker system at Golf Evolution within the next week or so…

Hey, it worked in Guantanamo Bay... allegedly. :-P

Ernest: So, what is this working on again?

Erik: Five footers. After 96 hours of this, you'll never fear one again.

Ernest: Sweet!!!

God I hate the 80's.

Don't know why, but their music is addicting. The lead singer looks like Farris's best friend in Bueller's day off.

Fitz and the Tantrums are one of my favorite easier listening groups.  The following song is what got me listening to them.....

I recently downloaded a transcription of "I Loves You Porgy" as performed by Bill Evans. In trying to listen to how it "should" sound as compared to my feeble attempt, I found this on Youtube. Evans was one of a kind:

Driving back home today from a one-day tournament in Brooksville, I stuck Leon Russell into the CD player (sorry, no MP3 player yet). No better road music than Leon.

My love for Bill Evans is both boundless and forever :-D

Good luck finding a shred of his tone and sound. If you get even a crumb of it, you'll have done good. Cheers.

I've always like Linkin Park since their first album and it's good to hear elements of their old sound in their new single.

    • I have an update… I don't have much of a response, because the fact that they would ADD the numbers for the lead and trail shoulder together… I mean, wow. I was giving them too much credit. Nobody would think to assume they were doing THAT. That's beyond comical. One of the biomechanists I talked to put it this way: "So if I squatted down and went from 180 to 90 deg knee angle, then I would say 180 deg range of motion because I have two knees?" I'd type more (maybe), but honestly, I'm laughing a bit too hard. 🤣 Update: Mini Manavian blocked me on Instagram, so I cannot see his post showing Bryson with about 50° of range of motion (with a driver) from P4 to P7, and 75° only if you go out to the mid-follow-through. What a terrible loss for me. 😉
    • Thanks, interesting to read. The swing is definitely very timing dependent. I hit it consistently I guess but consistently bad.
    • I've shot 91-74 on the same day before. Couple of years ago played a two round tournament on Bethpage Black. I shot 72 in the first round and 90 in the second. First round I played very well. Second round I played okay, but had about 5 shots that hit the lips of bunkers and bounced down into them. A couple of those wound up in footprints - I was unamused - and I failed to get them out. Anyway - lots of bunkers and my bunker play isn't great and then add a couple of footprints and me getting pretty tired and it added up to a lot.  Only you can really tell though what's causing the variance. It might be that your swing is very timing dependent and when it's timed well you play well and when it's not then it goes all over the place. In that case, some lessons and working on your swing could be the key. If it's more that you tend to feel like you hit it fairly consistently, but you have days where the shots come off and days where they don't, then that's more likely a course management issue. If that's what you need to work on, then you could read Lowest Score Wins and build a plan of attack based on that.  Rest assured though that a pretty big range from high to low is fairly common. Even PGA Tour players often have 18-20 shot spreads from best to worst rounds in a season. It's a common affliction among golfers.
