Last (Golf) Thing You Bought?

Had a new grip put on my PW today.  The grip it came with was pretty beat and hard as a rock, so I had it replaced with a Golf Pride Tour Wrap grip.

I went out and bought a Sun Mountain Four 5 on my lunch break today.  It will be replacing a Ping Hoofer.  Looking forward to loading it up tonight after work.  Really looking forward to taking it out for a round this weekend.

Just had my wedges lengthened 1/2 inch and new grips put on them. Standard grip built up to mid-size. Hope they do it right.

Got a jumbo size Winn grip put on my putter yesterday evening. The standard size grip for the putter was just awkwardly small and my fingers would wrap around and back under my palms. I'll see if I like the jumbo size, if not I'll try a midsize.

Went in to buy the TM '09 Burner HT driver on clearance...they were sold out...so I bought the Adam's Speedline F11 I had tested a few times in the simulator. I'm lovin' it!

I bought a black Under Armour hat with the built in sweatband (all my hats have the stains from my head sweating).

Also tried on some Footjoy Contours and they fit well. They had them for 99.00.

Not payin that much for them so I went home and ordered online for 59.00.

I love the Interwebz.

Today at Dicks I bought a divot tool and 2 3/4" tees.  Last week was 2 boxes of Slazenger Raw balls (1 distance, 1 feel).  The week before that, a Nike glove and Adams Tight Lies Iron set.  As you can probably tell, I just started playing.

Went to Golf Galaxy yesterday and bought 4 more dozen of the Srixon AD-333 balls. They're still 2 dozen for $25 (in-store only, they're $35 for 2 dozen online), so I had to stock up. In a week I'll be going there to buy a few wedges and another TaylorMade Burner Superfast driver.

I paid $25 for 32 balls.  I went with one pack of the feels and one pack of the straights.  Great deal, especially for someone who just started golfing like myself where I don't need expensive tour balls.  Went back to Dicks two days ago and picked up a pair of Footjoy Contour shoes.  Really comfortable, leather, and waterproof, and they had them for $80.  I think I'm finally set.  Playing my 3rd round of golf tomorrow morning.

Picked up a few more grips yesterday.  Still tempted to swing by Dick's on Tuesday to see if they still have the deal on the Slazenger's.  Happen to have a $10 off rewards coupon as well which would make the price less than the Mint used balls I buy from KnetGolf.com.

Picked up 4 dozen Slazenger Raw Distance balls from Dick's for $25.  Hard to beat even if they end up being mediocre balls!  Almost bought a Nike VR Pro driver and hybrid (buy the driver, get the hybrid free) but my better judgement took over.
