Bridgestone e5+....

It's the highest spinning, highest launching 2 piece I've ever played. It has a ton of durability. Full shots with aggresive wedge grooves only get a little feathering. Peel that little tail off, and even for the picky guy like me, it's still puttable and usable. I'm starting to like that slightly hard cover and the way it clicks off my putter.

Pro-V1 by a wide margain. There's a reason it's the most played ball on tour. I understand if you don't feel like spending $4 a ball, but if you're already playing Platinums or Tour ixs, I'd highly recommend switching to Pro-Vs.

if i had the money it would be pro v, but i dont, so i used to play NXTs. then i saw that the bridgestones (e+6 i think?) were about the same price and they are a far better ball than the NXTs for me.

Pro V1 - best ball out there - I don't mind the NXT Tour and the Taylor Made Black was pretty good. I thought the Bridgestone and Srixon balls were junk though.

i see a lot of people claiming that ProV1's, Bridgestones, and nike's are the best. I love Pinnacle Fx Gold Long Distance for the incredible softness on every shot, and great feel around the greens.

    • B That said, if you think it helps, it will… for awhile.
    • I have been on a roll in November. Today was a 77 (69.2/115, 6,050 yards) on a wet course with dew covered bumpy greens. Better greens and I might have shaved a few more strokes off the score.
    • So, it appears to me that everyone is bringing out some version of the zero-torque, or square to square, or torque balanced, putter.  What ever name you want to give it seems like everyone has one of these types of things in their line up now.  It reminds me of about 10 years ago, when everyone had to have a counter-balanced putter in their line-up.  Callaway Media | Videos, Podcasts, & Episodes | Golf Content The Official source for Callaway golf clubs, golf balls and gear.
