Only watched one episode of Mindhunter so far, but very intriguing. Can't wait till it gets to Olivia from Fringe.

Star Trek Discovery is awesome. It is getting some hate, but a lot better than what I anticipated. Definitely filling in the Sunday night GoT void.

I thought the two part premiere of Discovery was kind of meh, but it’s improved in the subsequent episodes.   I was shocked when the f-bomb was dropped.  Never figured I’d hear that on Star Trek.

Today, it's Stranger Things on Netflix. I just binged watched the first 6 episodes. I'll finish the next two of the first season tomorrow. So far I give this show an AAA rating. Really this show has it all. What really makes this show go over the top is the child actors. They are fantastic. For 13-15 year olds they are amazing.

The Good Place is so gooooood. Very funny. He's not the sad poor unemployed but the good rich jobless. Ouch. Loved the Trolley Problem variations.

That episode was a good one. Not my favorite this year; I didn't like the Janet/Michael focus. But overall, still easily one of the best three shows on network TV right now.

Best episode this season IMHO is the third one, where Michael kept trying and trying. That was so dense with funny, w/the restaurant puns and cocaine momma needs her medicine lady.

Season Two of Stranger Things dropped this morning.  I'm just starting episode five and I'm really enjoying it.  I'm glad we get to see the kid playing Will get more time to shine than in the first season.  He has really been great, in my opinion.

Westworld was pretty damn awesome. I've sung its praises before, but watching some scenes just now on Youtube, season one was really well done IMO.

Godless on Netflix is not a bad western. Some found the pace too deliberate but I didn't. 

Still watching Alias Grace and Mindhunter. Heard Dark is good.

   I finished Dark earlier this week.  It was good, and the premise kept me interested, but they really have a lot of stuff going on.   I made the mistake of switching off the subtitles and trying the English dub.  Regretted that rather quickly and changed back.   

Currently im enjoying Manhunt : Unabomber.   It’s pretty enjoyable so far, although I’m three episodes into it and still have a hard time believing that’s Paul Bethany playing the Unabomber.   Combining his appearance and his American accent has me a little put off whenever he has a scene.  

And for some reason our whole family has been watching Family Feud with Steve Harvey together.  There’s usually a great laugh or two in there.

 “ Name a bad habit that a woman could have “.  

“ She has a big nose”.  

You couldn’t script that if you tried.

Finally finished Black Mirror's new season, I enjoyed all of the episodes, wouldn't say there was a really poor one in the bunch like others. The Star Treky episode was good, but my favorite was Hang the DJ, Metalhead was pretty good was well and Arkangel.

Star Trek is back and the new episode is sooooo good. 

CBS streaming is available via Amazon now, and the fonts are adjustable. The CBS app, the captions took literally, half... the... screen...

      Most the stuff I found on Instagram and just copy and mix it up. a few of my favorites: Clean>Squat>Press> March Around the body >catch >Squat> press I also hold a the kettle bell upside down with both hands on the handle. Squat when I stand back up I lift the kettlebell up over and behind my head and hold then repeat
