For some reason I always see the time 12:34. AM or PM I'll usually see it 4 times a week. Last week I saw it three 12:34s in a row. Just saw it again today and decided to make this thread. Who's got a time they always see, and what is it?

It's psychological. You look at the clock often, but register only certain times. 12:34 has an obvious reason, it's linear. To explain the phenomenon, imagine you drive every day, and you see tons of red Mazda Protegès, right? Now imagine, you have a friend who has one. Now, every time you see one, you think of that friend. Suddenly, you notice every red Protegè on the road, and think, "damn, there's a lot of those things." The number hasn't changed, your perception has.

It's also the reason people see familiar numbers, I.E.:
10:05, its my birthday and I notice it quite a bit.

5:50, because it's the time I wake up. Before I fall asleep I also tend to see 9:40 a lot.

10:10

Started back in high school. I would be out on a weekend night, driving around w/ either the gf or a buddy and it seemed that when I checked my car's digital clock on the radio, I would always see 10:10 that night. My gf caught onto it as well. We would sometimes both look and call out that it's 10:10! We wouldn't sit and wait for it or anything. It was never like that. It actually got to be kind of freaky. We told each other that maybe that's the day we're going to die or something.

So, on October 10th, we would always be a little extra cautious on that day. To this day, I'll still catch 10:10 in my car quite often. Never at home, or playing golf, or on my phone, etc etc. Just in my car.

Ya never know. Maybe it does mean something?
