Ok, i'm going to cheat the system here and ask two questions in one so please only answer once for each set of answers.

If you work at a driving range, then answer as if you don't and count the times you go to practice for yourself.

When the weather and daylight permits it (eg, April - October), my goal is to go twice a week, perhaps just once if I play a game. When I go, my ideal is to spend 20ish min on chipping/pitching, 30ish on full swings, and 10ish on putting. I don't like to play an actual game if I haven't had a couple good practice sessions in very recent history. I'm always changing my swing and I don't like to play unless I feel comfortable with my swing. Consequentially, I actually don't actually play that often.

I need more options in the poll.  I go to the range less than once a month, and never more than a half hour.   I go to the chipping area 3 or 4 times a month, and spend about 1/2 hour each time.

On the other hand, unlike B-Con, I play at least twice a week, and more if I can find the time.

I'm on the range at least 3 times each week.  Now I have to count the times I'm on the range before I play 18 holes.  Its not just warm up, its learning and practice.  If I'm going to play a round of golf,  I've been on the range at least an hour before hand and hit about 100 balls and practiced putting and chipping.  If I'm not playing a round, I'm on the range and practice green for about 2 hours and have hit nearly 200 balls and I may or may not putt or chip, depending on time.  I run my own business so I may need to get back home.

The range is where you learn how it hit a ball.  The course is where you "play" and also learn course management.

During the season....2 or 3 sessions per week...usually around 2 hours each....sometimes longer, sometimes shorter - 2 hours is a nice average.

In Northeast Ohio, we are snow-covered. I am not on an aggressive off-season program this winter like I was last winter where I was hitting about 600 balls a weekend; this was pure insanity and it actually did some short-term damage to my game.

This winter, I'm doing one range session a weekend, 2 if I have a lot of time. Max of about 200 balls in a weekend....usually 100, 125 tops. And, of that 100 balls, only 30-40 are real 'full' swings. The others are wedges to various distances and practicing shaping shots and hitting different trajectories. Trying to just keep my golf muscles in tune and my feel, not trying to reinvent the wheel swing-wise when I can't actually play; thus trying to avoid the ingraining of bad habits.

I go to the range at least a couple times a week at our club and it is usually for an hour. My 11 year old son gets mad at me if we do not practice for at least an hour before every round that we play. He likes to work on every aspect of his game before playing. We usually will warm up with some short irons, then work towards drives, then go hit pitches and bunkers before putting.

I usually go once a week or so.  For time, I ticked 'Up to 2 hours,' but I'm including putting and short game/bunker practice.  Usually I probably spend 30 to 45 minutes actually at the range and about the same chipping/pitching.  I may spend 10 minutes in the bunker, and sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes 45 on the putting green (if I'm short on time, this is usually what I cut).

I wish there was another choice between 6-8 times per month and almost daily, and I wish there was one between 1 hour and 2, because those describe me the most accurately. In the summer I try to go every couple of days, but in the spring, winter, and fall it's more like once a week, if that. I tend not to practice my short game for very long (because the best driving range near me has a members-only putting and chipping green) so I usually spend about 1.5 hours when I do go.

I only go to the range a few times a year (8-10 times).... or when I have a new club in my bag.   During the visit, I spend roughly 40 minutes to one hour.

Just 20-30 minutes on the range and usually 30 minutes on the practice green.

I play golf about 5 times a month....

I usually go to the driving range 1-2 times during the winter and then once in the spring and thats pretty much it.  Ive got a park across the street from where I live where I hit balls a lot (usually at least 30 minutes a day), so theres really no need for going to the driving range.

Last year alone from June to September ,2 or 3 days a week, large bucket or if i feel like it 2 large in one day of 110 golf balls. The range had a discount if you buy a certain amount of buckets and the owner would  allow me free buckets that some golfers didn't finish, so everything even out with the money term "you get what you pay for".I would say I hit a total of 10,000 in last two years. After work 2 times a week I walk to a field behind my condo, to develop my  my short game for a hour or so.This year finally going to hit the Golf courses.

For me it depends what I am working at ...... curently I am working to get a better shoulder turn in ...... getting that to natural takes a lot of balls. In wintertime I go to the drivig almost every day, let's say at least 5 times a week....... 2-3 hours sometimes even longer when I decide to also play the short hole course. In summer time I practice less and play more.

So now I focus changes and improvement, and in summer tie I only visit the range to warm up (hitting maybe only 40-50 balls...... butt in summer time I can easely be found at the practice green for hours .......

Last year I went from hc. 45 to 5.8 ...... this year the focus or target is at 0.0 ....... so a lot of work has to be done !

Right now, when all the courses are closed, I'm hitting the range about 3-4 times a week, if possible, working on my long game and 100-50m in.

During the season it's about 1-2 times a week or less...

I voted 1-2 times per month and up to two hours.  My goal is once a week, but sometimes life and weather get in the way.

Normally, I will hit one bucket and work on the short game for 30-45 minutes, depending on how it is going. This is what I'd call a normal practice session and it lasts 1-1.5 hours.  If I am changing bags or working on something specific, I might hit more than 1 bucket. If it is going well and a hit a few in a row the way I like, I might not finish the first bucket.  Its the same with the short game. I am practicing a variety of shots with the wedge and a variety of lengths and breaks with the putter. If the different shots are getting the feel and results I want, I will stop; if not, I will work a little longer to get the feel I want.
