I was known as "Ryebread" during my high-school golf years. No real significance, my coach was just playing on my first name. A buddy of mine got "Stumpy" that year because he had a tendency to hit his putts fat.

Dr. Stoney Powers Because I can get the ball to check up (dr) then Stoney because of the lines I choose on the greens (need big stones to hit that line). Powers cuz that's my name

In high school, I marked my ball as "pkilla" one time just for a change and laugh whenever I looked at it.  But, one of my coaches and teammates saw it and next thing you know, I'm being called pkilla by my team.  Don't have a nickname now though.  I usually play with my dad or random people, so I don't really build a nickname.  I'm not very creative, hence the original nickname, so I don't really want to try and name another one for myself.

There's a guy in my Tuesday game who once yelled "****face!" at himself after a really bad shot. Now everyone calls him that.

Gets us a few looks in the halfway house. "Hey ****face, you want a candy bar?"
