I'd dump the driver, the hybrid, the 4 iron and the lob wedge.  So ...

3 wood

5 iron

6

7

8

9 iron

pw

gw

sw

putter

At this point, I don't think it would affect me much as I barely use the hybrid and lob wedge anyway.  I also don't use the 3 wood much, but at this point I'd be better off with it than the driver, plus I'd have the option of using it off the turf, whereas I certainly don't have that option with a driver.

I'm going to go backwards because those clubs are more important to me.

1.  Putter

2.  56* Wedge

3.  50* Wedge

4.  46* Wedge

5.  9I

6.  8I

7. 7I

8.  5I

9.  3H

10.  Driver

A little bit harder than I thought to eliminate 4 clubs.  I got rid of the PW, 6I, 4H, 3W

This would involve way more creativity than I'm accustomed to with the irons

Almost exactly this for me as well. However, I'd likely drop the SW (54°) in favor of my LW (58°) as that sees a lot more action for me.

See my sig--this is what I carry mostly. Driver Taylor Raylor 16*-I have had this old club forever and will keep it. 3H 20* 4H 23* Ram 5 iron-26*--I am holding auditions for a replacement-maybe a PING Zing 4 iron or a Snake Eyes 5 iron--this is supposed to be my 170-175 club, if I don't flush it, it isn't close. PING Zing 5 iron Hogan "9 iron"-- this is my Frankenseven. When I got it, it even had a bolt through the neck! I had it reshafted and bent to about a 7 iron. This is my go to 150 yard club. Wilson 9 iron I have 1 wedge that works ok from most lies if I do my part. Either putter depending on how I feel.

Driver - DROP (It's my favorite to hit, but it only has one use)

3w

5w - DROP (don't use it much though great for that 225 +- 10 range....)

4i - DROP (my most inconsistent club - I only seem to hit it well if sitting nice in short rough, only seem to use it for 210 yard par 3s, or layup tee shots on long 4's or layup 2nd shots on long 5's....I can lay up to other clubs)

5i

6i

7i

8i

9i

pw

gw

sw

lw - DROP (I like it, but use it least - I can learn more partial SW swings)

putter

It leaves a big gap between 5i (190 or so) and 3w (240 or higher shots) - but that isn't really my most accurate range anyway

3w - (Drives to 260 anyway vs driver (285 on a good day) and when I hit it with the right swing is more consistently straight too - and I can hit off the turf for those 240-250 yard shots - and can learn some choked distances - and am willing to learn partial swings on a wood (yes, I know it's metal)....)

5i - (190 yard vs 4i at 205-210 or so) - I'm ok with that difference.  I'm not accurate at 180+, just luckier than other times.

56°

48°

44°

40°

36°

30°

24°

This should let me cover the distance i want, i can choke down on the longer irons for shorter distances to cover the extra long gaps. Since i drive the ball long, i can get away with doing that very little of the time.
