Raphael Jacqueline... By far the smoothest swing I've ever seen. He plays on the euro tour and is 1st round leader today. I'll add a clip of it tomorrow. Pure golf porn :)

Skip to 30 seconds on this slow mo. Such a beauty

I saw him on euro tour last year, and I quickly had to google him. The smoothness he exhibits is simply amazing.

I followed him around the Irish Open like a little schoolgirl

Dreamy

Absolutely the truth. I can't believe it took the golf experts on this forum 10 pages of posts to finally get around to Raphaël Jacquelin .

After watching the 1999 US Open last night...I've become obsessed with Payne Stewart. I'd love to have THAT swing. So smooth. Looks effortless.

That is one swing I wouldn't want. I never liked his swing.

The plus fours and the hat? :-) Not saying that there's anything wrong w/them. :-) Great tempo, long backswing.

Just doesn't fit my eye when I look for a swing.

My current favourite is Robert Rock. Just a very textbook swing that looks effortless. I would pay good money for that backswing

In terms of raw power, for my own bodytype...

I would prefer J.B. Holmes's swing - this would allow me great distance off the tee...

I suppose, I have to back to training the swing then!

And doing strength and flexibility training!

I think I'm now infatuated with Rory's swing. I wouldn't try to emulate it, but I can stare at that action all damn day.

I’m in the Adam Scott camp for a swing that's poetry in motion..

When it comes to putting stoke I love the form of Adam Scott, Bernhard Langer, Webb Simpson, Carl Pettersson and Keegan Bradley until this week. B-)

If my fairy godmother could just give me a swing, it would be Fred Couples. Love watching it, and the tempo is sublime.

I wouldn't try to copy it, though, it's incredible to me that he gets the clubface back to the ball. If I were trying to copy one, it would have to be something more orthodox like Scott or Donald.

The more I practise, the luckier I hope to get.

As a relative golf newbie ... the more footage I see of Ernie's tempo, the more I like it ... THAT is the swing I am trying to develop to save my back.   It's not an easy swing, it's just fluid with nice smooth tempo...
