Raphael Jacqueline... By far the smoothest swing I've ever seen. He plays on the euro tour and is 1st round leader today. I'll add a clip of it tomorrow. Pure golf porn :)

I saw him on euro tour last year, and I quickly had to google him. The smoothness he exhibits is simply amazing.

My choice would probably be Sam Snead.  Mostly because his swing allowed him to keep playing at a high level clear into his 60's.
