All 3 this year (I figured since he was top ten at the first two, I just had to pick him again), but it feels like I pick him every time.

Haha, well, I like it. You stuck to your guns and it's paying off. Cant' tell you how many times in fantasy football I'll draft some guy one year, he'll stink, I'll ignore him the next year out of bitterness, and then he'll break out.

Kudos.

I had been keeping my eye on Brooks Koepka, because he pops up from time to time and seems like a strong up and coming American. Apparently he shot +10 over a 9 hole stretch from yesterday late to early today. Now he's +3. What a bunch of bad holes for him.

Looks like Ricky is faltering a bit down this stretch... Rors hitting his stride now.

Little off topic but anyone know the story behind the octopus on the grounds?

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

It doesn't look like it is on the grounds but maybe a see food restaurant?

I'm struck that this time yesterday Coetzee was looking at his name on top of the leaderboard on 17 or so. Commentators thought he might be in the lead at day's end. Phil thought his Even par after Friday would put him in position for Saturday. Now here we are and those guys are in the dust and the leaders are -13/-11-9/-7... Not what I woulda guessed at all. Turn off the tv for a bit yesterday and it's a different tourney today.

Haven't commented on the tourney much but it's been incredibly fun to watch. Im actually rooting for Rory to run away with it :) Like someone else stated...hes the future.

Everyone keeps talking about Rory's ensemble this weekend...really? Its not that bad at all...errr...at least it doesn't look like he tripped and fell into some pink paint.

    • Day 562, May 17, 2024 Spent a LOT of time on GEARS stuff today, so while waiting for imports, exports, and all manner of things, I did some rehearsals in the mirror and camera in my basement.
    • Day 16 (17 May 24) - Plans to play a local course with a good friend fell through, got with my son to play Minnesott.  Turned out to be a great day of golf - as we were playing behind the Friday Men's group, pace was steady but not rushed or dreadfully slow.  Had a solid day of ball striking - managing 11 of 14 fairways hit, 8 GIR and 5 nGIR, 27 putts (including a hole out chip in from just off the green to save par with the 56deg wedge).  Shot a new personal best of 76 (39 front / 37 back) from the gold tees (just over 5,500 yds).   Was a good day and my son had a decent day for him as well with an 88.
    • Day 312: Chipped for a bit indoors off my mat. Working on good contact and direction.
    • Day 142: 5/17/24 Stack Full Speed Spectrum training session 13/24. Matched Wednesday’s speed. At lest I didn’t regress.
    • They can't dance either...😂
