This thread got a lot of traction...  I guess you could change this thread for people to explain what their user handle means or how it was derived or if there is something special about it.

I'll start.. mine just means the "Father of Obaid", but I have a feeling I said that somewhere before..  oh well, no harm in saying it again.

Oh, and it is pronounced "Abu Obaid" for those of you who ever wondered - the 3 is used because the letter ع in arabic doesn't exist in English so people started using 3 when they wanted to write Arabic in English..

Squat when I stand back up I lift the kettlebell up over and behind my head and hold then repeat
