This course they

I think it looks amazing!

He also said that the watering for a course of 7800yds is so much! 1) Has he looked at the TV yet? Does it look wet and green? 2) The PNW rains quite a bit during the winter, so its not being watered then.  and 3) its fescue grass which doesn't need a lot of water to begin with.  So, really, what course is he looking at?

Chambers Bay is Amazing and Gary Player wears Depends.

Dustin Johnson with a birdie and a tie for the lead again. Lots of golf left to be played. And I still can't figure out where the greens begin and end (I didn't watch yesterday, so that may be part of it).

Not trying to be critical here, but does anybody else find the Fox commentary a bit on the bland side?

It's like they don't want to screw it up and hear a lot of "I told you so" that they are playing it too safe. Greg Norman is being so much Mr. Nice Guy that whatever expertise he has just isn't coming out. Weiskopf calls a spade a spade, but everybody else...

Looks like the cut may drop to +4. Lots of players on the course at +3 right now and only 3 players need to drop one halfway the the afternoon session.

Does it say or mean anything to note that 3 of the best young American golfers are at the top of the leaderboard at the US Open.

Fox's coverage in general has been pretty bad. Never thought I'd pine for the days of Johnny Miller.

I agree, seems like nothing interesting is ever being said

enjoying the open so far...course looks cool and its a nice change of pace from what you see every week on tour.  Glad to see Phil and Spieth doing well though it looks like being at the top of the leader board going into the weekend will be a bug disadvantage because of how much more difficult the course seems to play in the afternoon

What's in the bag:
Taylormade R15
Callaway X2Hot pro 3W
Callaway X2Hot pro 20* hybrid
Mizuno JPX900 Tour 4-PW
Cleveland RTX 2.0 50,54, and 58 degree wedges
Taylormade White Smoke putter

It's so weird. Like, their best move is to throw a question to Weiskophf and just let him riff for five minutes.
