My dad, basically about a 16 handicap for the last 20 years, has 7.

I give this guy eight shots a round most times and I have five eagles.

MAJ is good for the game.  Dude knows how to play to the camera and seems very charismatic.

I'm not a fan of his after the Keegan incident. And it takes a lot to make Keegan Bradley a sympathetic figure for me.

Interesting.  I know its OT, but just quickly:

My take on that incident was completely the opposite - that it was almost ALL on Keegan and his caddy - AND I actually had nothing against them before that. :-P (Well, I still don't, I don't hold grudges, especially against complete strangers for things they didn't do to me - everybody makes mistakes, but I think they made the biggest mistakes in that situation.)

+1.  I put the majority of fault on Bradley's caddie and then Bradley himself.

Same here. Keegan came off very poorly in that skirmish IMO. It's match play and Jimenez had every right to question the drop and ruling. Keegan came off as a big baby and only made it worse on the 18th green when Jimenez was clearly trying to clear the air and Keegan just kept acting like an asshat. Oh well, Jimenez had a great meal, drank some nice red wine, smoked a wonderful cigar and made love to his beautiful wife. Keegan went back to his hotel and punched his pillow.

Yours in earnest, Jason.

I think they both came off bad.  I like Jimenez, but I think he chose a poor time to do gamesmanship.

Back OT.

If I was in a competition, it is proper etiquette to inform your competition you are taking a drop. It is proper etiquette to have the other competitor involved if a rules official is not present. To me if a rule official allowed the drop then I have no problem with it. That is what he is their for. I still would like to be informed of what is going on.

If Keegan went all silent treatment on Jimenez then he was in the wrong. If a rules official presided over the drop then I don't think Jimenez has any beef with the drop except for not being informed. I think both probably over-reacted. I think Keegan over-reacted way more than Jimenez.
