I'm having a math error. I am seeing Red UP4 after 9.  Then UP2 on the back.  But how is the overall UP7?

*GASP* You should probably change your avatar to the more appropriate one considering who you are cheering for... Just sayin'

Do you think they meant the 3rd match the Red team is up 1 for the match?  They've been posting that the second match is a slaughter.

Haha, it's not that important (IMO).

Yes.

Not absolutely sure what the scores are now, so I'll wait to post something later.

I think Match 2 will go RED (BLUE might salvage something on the back 9 though)

Matches 1 and 3 are nail biters though.

Lots of points up for grabs, but it feels like RED is poised to take a lead after morning play.

@RandallT yeah, not sure about the scores, I'm just posting the Tweets. Try replying to the tweets directly, maybe they'll answer?

Yah, except that I went off the grid on twitter a couple years ago. Ha.

I'll bet things are getting pretty exciting down the stretch, and they're just enjoying the camaraderie, and staying off their devices. I'll let 'em have their fun, and look forward to a good summary.  My prediction is that things were starting to roll in the West's favor there.  Felt like a US Ryder Cup, watching the Europeans take control.  I'm sure the West will resent that comparison! :-D

4 points yet to be decided for Matches 2/3. Gotta think West takes the Total for Match 2 easily. Perhaps runs the table on the last 4 points, but too early to tell.

Team East Coast takes the early morning lead on day 1 with a pair of nailbiters overcoming a drubbing by the west coast in the second match. @saevel25 drained a huge putt for us on 18 to save our 1Up win of the match and a halve of the back.

    • Day 364: About an hour and a half practice session. Spent most of it at the range. Did a solid 30 minutes of work on my priority piece, with filming. I think it's improving, but will probably check in on Evolvr to make sure. Then spent the last ~20 minutes putting, working mostly on short putts.

    • Day 79 (19 July 25) - Band rehearsal this morning - got home midafternoon, opted to work more with the magnetic alignment tool with the wedges.  Used it to work on face position at the bottom of the swing arc - followed up with easy pitches up to 50yds.  Seeing better face control and over improved accuracy toward target…session was cut short with pop up rain showers.
    • This is a great discussion. Other parts of the course where there are houses have white stakes and signs. This keeps people from trespassing and hitting shots on their property. There is another county road on the east side of the course that does not have white stakes like the hole I described. I checked the score card and there is nothing to indicate these roadways are OB. I think a county drainage ditch would be considered government right-of-way so it is the peoples land 🤣. But you are in the power industry and know more about those sorts of things than me.
    • Day 3: Worked on backswing. Feel: Matt Wolff, Real: Not yanking it inside and getting it laid off and flat at the top.
